My Approach

There is so much “noise” out there about nutrition, and it can be really challenging to determine whether a source is credible. Working with a dietitian is a great way to hone in on your specific needs, and block out unhelpful information.

While I may be the nutrition expert, you are the expert of your body and your life. My priority is always to work with my clients to focus on what is most important to them. We will come up with a strategy together that helps accomplish your goals.
